So you got through Halloween? Did you do well OR did you overdue it? Or was it somewhere in between? Regardless of what your answer is, it doesn't matter.

Mamavation is about the here and now...we are unconcerned with what you did in the past. Today is a new day. Don't beat yourself up. Move forward.

    This week I'm going to take the kids out for 60 minutes of activity at least 4x. (Condo living is for the birds.)

    My week began today (Sunday) by cleaning out my pantry! Out with the old or unhealthy in with the new and healthy:-) My personal goals continue but this week as my new routines become easier I'm bringing my family on board too! Exercise, healthy eating and discussing all of these awesome changes! WOOT mamavation!

    My goal this week is to get back out there and get running again. Been sick... no fun.

  5. I have a big week of fall cleaning at my house. Looks like the weather is going to actually feel like fall this week so we are going to spend time outdoors enjoying it before more snow flies.

    I also will be doing some fall cleaning...have a "wii" workout for 45 min 5 days and make good eating choices.

    I have to meet up with my EA Active too! And I also pledge to walk the dog around the neighborhood more!
