
Everyone hates Mondays, including me. In fact, I spend the entire day saying "looks like a case of the Mondays" (Office Space reference...just in case you don't know). That's exactly why I put Mamavation on Monday--to remind myself to stay focused on a day when I'm barely registering my coffee in the morning. If this sounds like you too, we have a lot in common.

I have to skip my tae bo classes this week, so I'm working out at home again. I'm planning on doing some Turbo Jam as soon as I get my package from Chalene Johnson too this week. Woo hoo!
My goal this week... to hit it hard! I'm feeling much better got up my running and drink more water :)
Doing yoga monday morning, and EA Active later that night. Going to work out more this week. *have to* work out more this week.
My goal this week is to try and roll with the punches without being discouraged. My three year old has been sick since Thursday. That's upsetting enough watching him not be able to stomach ANYTHING but also frustrating because we think we're clear and the world stops again. It's a busy week coming up, I am part of a group throwing showers for NICU families at the hospitals and that's tomorrow (it's the hospital my son was born prematurely in and I am going to be crushed.CRUSHED.to not be able to go. Not to mention workouts. Sick kid means no gym and total improvisation. Give me strength this week. It's only one little eensy weensy week. Right?
I am off of steroids, finally! So my goal is no more eating after dinner this week!
My goal this week is to continue with my food journal and stay positive. I also need to work on drinking more water, been doing good, just need to up it.

my goal is to get back to writing down & counting points on weight watchers this week. i havent weighed in since aug 27 when i was only 7lbs from my goal... :( then i ate and ate until i gained back 9 or 10 lbs. WHAT was i thinking?? well, more like FEELING ha ha. anyway, time to get back on the horse.
