I know that feeling when you feel like you can't do anymore. It's happened to me a lot too. Get some rest and hopefully you will have more energy tomorrow.
I will say that your body and mind will start to fight you about now and next week. You are creating healthy habits and turning from your old ways, and your own psyche will take offense. Try to recognize when that is happening and create ways to combat it. Only you can do this for yourself, cause only you know what your own "issues" are. Everyone is different. XXOO
oh my gosh… a cruise! how fun! so the hubs and i went on a cruise for our anniversary and it was right in the middle of our track season (we both ran college track) we were a bit nervous but here was what we did. The cruise ship we went on had a track that went around it. We MADE our selves run and get our workout in every morning. Early. Got that done and over with and could enjoy the rest of our day guilt free. People looked at us like we were crazy haha.
Have so much fun! Also, kinda a rule we have. try not to take the elevator. Make yourself walk the steps every where you go. Stuff like that adds up. otherwise the food will be hard the the cruise. not gonna lie, thats one of the best things about them. so just be conscious of it and you ENJOY yourself!
