T – The yogurt Dr. Renna suggested is the Stonyfield Low-Fat French Vanilla kind, and it doesn't taste nearly as sugary as other brands to me.

D – I'll post our exact workout for you later on so you can get a better idea. I should have done that for y'all right at the start. But now I have a better idea of what they're like.

I totally hear you with the sugar content in applesauce and yogurt. You can purchase applesauce with no added sugar or high fructose corn syrup. And I end up getting plain yogurt and adding my own fruit and honey to it. But it does taste like you are eating sugar. I agree.

I'm very proud of your progression. Keep up the good work. Only 3 more weeks to go!!

I hear ya regarding tasting the extra sugar in foods now. I'm definitely more sensitive too it now. I always buy unsweetened applesauce. The ingredients are: apples, water, and absorbic (sp?) acid to keep it from turning brown. I use it to "sweeten" my applesauce.

You're doing great, Katie! So proud of you!

It is a real surprise when you haven't had sugar in weeks and when you do one time and you can taste the sugar..crazy, I say. You are doing so great! It's hard not seeing lbs fall but you will. I think you and Lisa are gaining some valuable muscle first :D Keep it up chicka!

I have not had sweetened applesauce or yogurt in a long time, I bet they would taste GROSS. I am glad your palate knows the difference now, that is a great step forward. I hope the weekend treats you well and that Monday is kind to you.
