Welcome to Mamavation© Mondays! Mamavation© is a campaign that supports moms in healthy living changes. If you are interested in losing weight or implementing healthy lifestyle changes in your life, we would LOVE to support you. We believe that the mom is the gatekeeper to the household and through MOM we can change families.
Join us this Monday night to celebrate the Sistahood! I’m inviting all Sistahood members to get on camera and let us know how their healthy living journey has been. Come tell us about your successes and challenges and who you’d like to give props to. There are several Sistahood members that have shown consistent weight loss and those moms are going to be recognized.
Every Monday moms who want to join the Sistahood pledge. If you are new to the Sistahood, please continue to do the Mamavation© Monday post every Monday. Then make sure to link up on Bookieboo.com in the Mamavation© group and comment on each others posts. We have a weight loss support and healthy living blogging carnival every Monday.
Moms who are part of the Sistahood are part of the official Mamavation© Family. If you are interested in becoming part of the Sistahood, you will need to do the following things to pledge.
1. Tweet and make friends. Mamavation© is about supporting others while they are supporting you. Use the #mamavation hashtag and learn about others.
2. Create a Mamavation© Monday post. Tell us what your challenges and successes were this week. (Since you are pledging, please also tell us a bit about yourself.)
3. Link that post up on Bookieboo here on Sunday night or Monday. Look for follow along discussion week 11. Visit other moms blogs and support them in their journey. (Discussion post not up till Sunday night PST time.)
4. Show up to Mamavation© Mondays on Mingle Media TV Network at 7pm PST/10pm EST. Chat with the Sistahood live.
5. Email me at bookieboo78(at)gmail(dot)com and let me know you are interested.
