Years ago when I was overweight, I thought I was eating healthy. I had no idea that most of the foods I ate were loaded with hidden calories, fat, and preservatives. I would go down the grocery aisle and if it said “healthy” I bought it. I thought that was enough. Well, I continued to be overweight, so it obviously wasn’t. It wasn’t until I started to study nutrition, that I realized where I was going wrong. I wish I had Dr. Renna back then!
