In addition, I really wanted to thank Dr. Renna for her service to the Mamavation campaign. She has been with us for over a year, but with all her television appearances, has had limited time to give to anything else other than her practice and family. We are sad to see her leave and hope the best for her future endeavors.

If you are interested in applying to be a Mamavation Mom, you will have to create a video telling me why you want to be considered for the campaign and what you are going to do to motivate other women online to live healthy. If I were you, I’d get the video in very early just to be considerate. (I know I’m a pain, but whatev.) You will also have to join the Sistahood as a requirement and get to know the other girls, because this will be where all the magic happens.

Hands down, Apple’s app store wins by a mile. It’s a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I’m not sure I’d want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.

The new Zune browser is surprisingly good, but not as good as the iPod’s. It works well, but isn’t as fast as Safari, and has a clunkier interface. If you occasionally plan on using the web browser that’s not an issue, but if you’re planning to browse the web alot from your PMP then the iPod’s larger screen and better browser may be important.
