I’m always full of surprises.
What I’ve decided to do this time around is give you more to chose from. So here are the 12 finalists I have selected. Why did I select these women? I was looking for numerous things: (1) Do they have the ability to keep up with the commitments?, (2) Do they have the support to get through 7 weeks?, (3) Do they have it in them to kick some ass?, (4) Are they going to stay in the community AFTER the 7 weeks are over (as part of the contract they sign), (5) Will they be a good Ambassador for the campaign and the sponsors?, (6) Do they really need this campaign OR would they be better served in the Sistahood for one more campaign before I re-evaluate them again (this is what I have done to girls in the past). If you were NOT selected, please don’t take it personally. Several of these women that I did select were not selected last campaign, but stuck around with us so I could get to know them better. I’d encourage you all to do the same and take the Move It & Lose It Challenge where you can win $500 and a pair of Earth Footwear very seriously.
Also, just to make sure you understand my feelings about voting and soliciting votes. I’m VERY easy going with how you decide to do this. Why? Because not everyone can be a social media rockstar, and for those of you who have less followers, Facebook friends, etc. you will have to rely on your wits instead to level the playing field. I encourage all of you to use your noodle (i.e. your creative thinking cap) when soliciting votes. In the past Mamavation Finalists have done the following and I find these methods acceptable: (1) Doing giveaways on their blog for votes, (2) having friends do giveaways on their blog for votes, (3) involving your church or synagogue, or (4) my personal favorite–contacting your local TV and radio station. If you have thought of something more creative than what is mentioned here, kudos to you!
If you are coming to vote, can you first LIKE Mamavation on Facebook above for me AND RSVP for our Twitter Party on 1/17 from 8-10pm EST as we announce the Mamavation Moms.
Here are our Mamavation Finalists by video. Let the Voting begin….Good luck ladies!

Go Mamavation Moms!
I think Alexandra should be the next Mamavation Mom. Her spirit and energy can motivate so many other young moms. If we all had her drive and determination the world would be a better place.

Hi Christy
I hope you won! YOu have our vote!!!
Good luck to all the moms!!! As a former finalists I want to remind the moms to NOT get stuck like I did. If you don’t make it it’s not the end of the world. Instead follow the advice that is given to the moms and make it work for your family.
At the end of the campaign you’ll be so proud of yourself!!
Good Luck! It’s so important to stay healthy and fit. Remember to keep God first who strengthen’s YOU and you will be successful!

I am throwing my support behind Miss Lori, all the way from New York. She is an inspiration to so many people and a great friend. Lori is present for all her friends and family when they are in need, not matter the miles, the time or the need. It is time she PAID herself back with some TLC. Good Luck Lori, you are motivation to the MAMAs, PAPAs as well as the Brothers and Sisters.
