You asked for it and here it is: announcing the very first official Dadavation Fitness Challenge. Modeled after the highly successful Mamavation Two Week Challenge this new challenge is designed for Dads to get a jump start on their fitness goals. Regardless of your level of fitness your participation and support is welcome in the Dadavation Fitness Challenge.

In addition to helping Dads get healthy, the participants in the Dadavation Fitness Challenge will be sweating for a good cause. Mamavation has generously agreed to donate $250 dollars to Digital Shepherds, a charity founded by Tshaka Armstrong (Twitter name: @tasaka_zulu) that educates parents on safe media practices for children. All the challenge participants have to do is collectively reach 10,000 Push-ups, 10,000 Sit-ups, and 10,000 Jump Squats by the end of the 14 day challenge.

To participate in the 1st Dadavation Fitness Challenge here is what you need to do:

2) Tweet this:

    Women are welcome to participate. We would love to have your support. We’ve had a bunch of requests from various Dads asking for a two-week challenge for them. Keep in mind we will also be running another Mamavation two week challenge in the next few weeks.

  4. I’m with Janice. I think it sounds like a great way to support the guys. I will crunch, push-up and squat in support. :)

  5. Amazing timing, just this week I got some mates on board to do the 100 pressups six week challenge (starting Saturday)… and now we have a cause! The guys are stoked, I’ll collate my crew’s scores and send them in.

    Is there an official start date?
