Just in time for the holidays the Mamavation Two Week Challenge is back! We asked for your feedback and you responded with some great ideas that will make this the best Two Week Challenge yet. The biggest change? We have added an Optional nutrition component to the plan.

Please read through the entire post as several things have changed.

To participate in the 4th Two Week Challenge here is what you need to do:

1) Hit the linky below, include your Twitter ID, and don’t forget to leave a comment after linking

2) If you are interested in the giveaway CLICK HERE TO FILL OUT THIS FORM

3) Tweet at @MrBookieboo and let him know that you are joining the Mamavation Two Week Challenge. Important: use the hashtags:#Mamavation and #2WeekChallenge

4) Register at if you haven’t already

5) Print out the two-week challenge:

Advanced Workout

6) Report your status to @MrBookieboo daily. Use the hashtag #2WeekChallenge along with #Mamavation

Participants who successfully complete the two-week challenge will be entered into a drawing to receive:

Grand Prize: $100 Visa gift card (1 winner)

Runner-up: $50 Visa gift card (2 winners)

  11. I’m super excited for this! After dropping out of the last challenge due to being sick, I’ve been in a funk. This is just what I need to get my butt back in gear and back into Mamavation. I have felt like such an outsider lately because I put myself there.

  32. …okay, amending to say I am excited but dreading the meal photos. I never remember to do things like that with two toddlers and a busy schedule. Pretty sure I won’t get every pic taken and posted.

And honestly, some of the other challenges I had problems with some of the exercises.. I know I can do these (well, I may do a modified lunge, I have knee issues, but I’ll figure something out)

    Okay, I’m gonna try this again….I’ve gained atleast 10 EXTRA pounds that I didn’t have before because of “comfort eating”. That is just unacceptable….cause now nothing fits and I AM not buying new clothes! Thanks for doing this and challenging me! I really appreciate you guys!
