Mamavation Monday: Welcome to New Graduates

Mamavation Mom Campaign is coming to a close. Can you believe that we have gone through 11 bootcamps already? Mamavation Moms have learned a lot of new things, but they do have one single fitness advice to share for us:

LauraMy one piece of advice for the Sisterhood is to never give up. Everyone has a bad day. Get over and move on. I think of every day as a fresh start. Yesterday cannot be changed. The future is uncertain. The only day we can control is TODAY. I try to not let my mistakes and attitudes of the previous day carry through to the next day. Dwelling on the past is not helpful.

LoloYou are strong! You can do this!  You will do this!  Yes it is going to be hard work.  Yes it is going to take time.  Yes there are going to be ups and downs. But, yes you will and can do this!

Andrea: Just Do It!  That is my advice.  There are definitely days when I don’t want to work out….like really don’t want to work out.  But I think “just do it and get it over with” and by the time I am done, I am energized and I feel good.  And I always think it is worth it.  Exercise is hard, especially if you are just starting out, but do something, anything, everyday!  Pretty soon you will want to exercise.
