HELP!
I signed up, but so far today, I’ve gone through the first 3 exerciese in the circuit ONE time, and I’m shaking already!! I can’t do it this time around – is there a beginner-beginner one? I need to get moving, and I want to work hard. but when walking a couple times around the block with my overweight bod is all I can do, I think this might be a step or two beyond where I am now.
Thoughts?
This is going to be a real challenge, but I’m going to do my best! I’m training for a half-marathon too, so I’ll be running more than called for
