As much as I would like to say this past week was awesome. It just wasn’t. It was hard and a few times this past week I broke down crying from exhaustion.
After having a weekend with family, away from the computer, and trying to focus on being happy again...I am finally feeling better.
Please ignore the fact that I made this at 6am, and I am a little tired still.
Did you hear that guys? Overall, I am down 15lbs since applying to be a Mamavation Mom!! More importantly then that, I am feeling like instead of just being on a diet, like I would have before, I am starting to feel like our life is changing for the better.
Our grocery cart is full of produce, instead of boxes and cans of food.
I make it a point to get to the gym daily. After working out, I feel better.
It feels good. All of it. I’m so thankful to have had this opportunity!

I really admire your tenacity! Your post was really motivating for me – I know that if you can do it with a baby and two little ones, I can do it with one little guy.
Thanks Rebecca!! I think you can do it too!!

I *loved* Step when I took it in college

I do step and I love it. I love getting into the moves and listening to the music. Definitely think changing up meals helps. You are such an inspiration! Congrats on your weight loss!
I love all the changes. The grocery cart full of produce is a big change. Congrats
Step class sounds fun. Sorry you had a rough week/weekend. I’ve felt the same way. Being mamavation mom is super duper hard. Its a full time job learning and doing for the rest of your life.
Shannon is on point with taking a break. You don’t want that burnout to take over.
Hugs! You are doing awesome!
