This fresh mango salsa is perfect for entertaining. It can be served with salmon, tilapia or even chicken as a main course or with tortilla chips as an appetizer. Be sure to use perfectly ripe mangoes.
Ingredients
- 1 ripe mango, peeled, seeded, diced
- 1 tomato, seeded, diced
- 2 green onions, finely sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- Fresh cilantro (to taste).
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in bowl, refrigerate. (Can be made 3 hours ahead.)
