2 Week Challenge Campaign #10 September 3rd – 16th

Summer is over but that doesn’t mean you have to give up on your healthy living goals. The Mamavation 2 Week Challenge is back just in time for back to school. Join the challenge that delivers results: 798 pounds and 583 inches have been erased to date.

The campaign has two tracks to choose from:

The Beginner track is designed for people that are just starting off, starting back up after an extended break or coming off an injury.This track will get you moving and teach you some basic exercises.

The Advanced track is for those of you that are working out regularly and is designed to challenge your abilities.


The 10th Mamavation 2 Week Challenge will be starting on Monday, September 3rd


To participate in the challenge:

1) Hit the linky down below AND sign up here so we can keep you in the loop.

2) Register on the Mamavation forums if you haven’t already

3) Tweet at @MrBookieboo and let him know that you are joining the Mamavation 2 Week Challenge. Important: use the hashtags #Mamavation and #2WeekChallenge

4) Print out the two-week challenge:

Beginner Workout

Advanced Workout

5) Report your status to @MrBookieboo daily. Use the hashtag #2WeekChallenge along with #Mamavation


Participants who successfully complete the two-week challenge will be entered into a drawing to receive:

Grand Prize: $100 Visa gift card (1 winner)

Runner-up: $50 Visa gift card (2 winners)

Note – in order to be eligible for the drawing you must tweet the completion of every workout to @mrbookieboo AND sign up on the forums.

Winners will be selected using random.org at the end of the 2 Week Challenge.

  25. Third time is the charm? My last two efforts were sidelined by whiplash and broken ribs. I’m almost afraid to try again, but I enjoyed the challenge last time (until the pain, that is). Since I’m still post-recovery, I’m going for beginner again.

  26. With an empty nest – yes I’m in – teaching Zumba, karate and gonna get my toning on. Lets do this!

  27. I tried this about six months ago to lose 5 pounds. Well, I didn’t have much luck then — and other than finding a few more pounds in the intervening months. Like Brenda above, our eldest when off to college this year and left me a bit shell shocked. (Feel like I aged 20 years overnight.) I need to jump start my mojo….I know it’s still lurking in there.

  33. I am so ready to be back. I disappeared for a while. I was diagnosed with a brain tumor and had surgery on July 5. In preparation for surgery I started running and was able to do a 5k. I lost 17 lbs in the process. I started running again last week so this is just what I need right now, Thank you

  40. I’m #17, but I will not be participating this time. :( I’ve had something unexpected to come up and will be going out of town a lot, and making it too difficult to devote the time I need to do this. But hopefully I’ll be able to do #11!
