What an AWESOME week! I’ve been very excited about starting this journey and have already learned a lot. I love Alysa’s food plan. It’s so easy to use and to follow- and it’s not stressful at all putting meals together. Mark’s exercises are kinda killing me, but I’m modifying when I need to and just getting it DONE There is SO much support around that I really do feel like there is someone on every corner cheering for me. The biggest difference? These are all things I know I can do every day. Changing my life, instead of just my schedule for the next 7 weeks!
Guess what?? I’ve lost 8.8 pounds since applying to be a Mamavation Mom! WHOO-HOO!

I’ve started watching Pete Cohen’s program. I’ve not been able to give it the attention that it deserves , so am going to make it more of a priority when I get back from NYC and Fitblog! I am meeting Shelley, Ghada, Sherry and maybe a few other sistas at a Fitness Magazine Blogging event. I am super excited about it, and as Leah said, I know I’ll stay on track because it’s all about health and fitness!
