Mommy-Momo is a wife and stay-at-home mommy trying to figure out this journey into first time parenthood. She met her hubby on the college track team and they continue to stay active. They’re avid runners; they love to wakeboard, snowboard, surf, bike ride, you name it. She resides in Sunny So-Cal near the beach and loves everything about the coast. Being a SAHM to a toddler, she, too, struggles to get her workouts in. She loves to share workout tips, great articles, healthy recipes, the newest and cutest workout gear, and loves motivating each other and cheering each other on! Jennifer Leal is a stay-at-home mom to two children ages 3 and 5 who reside in Rhode Island. She is the creator of Savor The Thyme which focuses on family-friendly healthy food and lifestyle. Jennifer obtained a Master’s of Science in Immunology and worked for a large pharmaceutical company before becoming a SAHM. Kathryn Peck, aka @EASactivegirl on twitter, is the community manager for EA SPORTS Active. She has been fairly active her whole life, including a stint playing college volleyball. Like most people, she finds it increasingly difficult to find time to fit in a good workout. When she’s not interacting with the Active community or blogging on www.easportsactive.com, she can be found at the movies, at a concert and/or eating Pho. She lives and works in beautiful Vancouver (Canada, eh!).
Janice Smith B.Sc (Kin), ATTH obtained her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Certificate in Athletic Therapy from York University in Toronto, ON Canada. She has an extensive background treating the injuries of athletes having worked with the York University Football, Volleyball and Water Polo teams. She is an avid runner–running several full and half marathons in addition to completing several triathlons. She works full-time and she is a mom of two dynamic little girls. Jenn Mitchell, CPT (aka Coach Jenn) is a proud mom to two great kids and wife to an amazing husband. After working in Corporate Management for many years, Jenn struggled with her weight and postpartum depression. She left the corporate world to focus on family and her own wellness. She initially found success with at-home workout programs and decided to become a fitness coach. Determined to learn as much as possible, Jenn drowned herself in all-things fitness through classes, reading, research, social networking and more. Lisa Douglas is an Army wife, mother to six, originally from the north now struggling to accustom to southern living.
