We recently did a survey in the Mamavation community asking what you wanted more of. The overwhelming majority of you said “More challenges!” So . . . here I am rising to the (wait for it . . .) challenge (bah-bum-dum).

Hot on the heels of the last challenge and just in time for those new years resolutions we are back with the 15th Mamavation #2WeekChallenge! Our tally stands at an amazing 1474 pounds and 1004 inches lost. The best part – anyone can participate. Regardless of your level of fitness you can join in the fun.
There are two tracks to choose from depending on your level of fitness:
- The Beginner track is designed for people that are just starting off, starting back up after an extended break or coming off an injury. This track will get you moving and build your confidence.
- The Advanced track is for those of you that are working out regularly and is more challenging than the beginner track.
**Please note that you will need dumbbells for many of the exercises. 5#, 8#, 10#, 12# and 15# is a great starter set. You can easily cut this down to 5# and 10# if you are just starting off. You can also substitute water bottles (fill them with sand) in a pinch.
The 15th Mamavation #2WeekChallenge will be starting on Monday, January 13th.

Participants who successfully complete the Mamavation #2WeekChallenge will be entered into a drawing to receive:
