Summer time is the perfect time to work on a summer garden. After all, what better time to begin growing your own food so that you know exactly what you’re putting on your plate and into your mouth.
Many of us in the Mamavation community have our own gardens, but not everyone is an expert on what to plant when or how to keep the garden healthy throughout the summer season.
That’s why this Monday night, we’re talking about summer garden tips on Mamavation TV.
What’s Mamavation TV?
Mamavation TV is a weekly show that is hosted by Leah Segedie that is broadcast live on Google+ and YouTube every Monday night at 6pm PST/9pm EST. Each week the show brings a guest expert, panel, or community theme that will encourage or educate in the topics of activism, food, fitness, sustainable living, life detox, and the Mamavation boot camp. Leah also presents the top food news of the week to keep you informed about what’s happening in the fast moving world today.
